The staff were very polite and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. Single room I stayed at was warm with large beds.

Whenever I visit Vidin, I always stay at this hotel. They helped me find a restaurant on my first visit. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, pool, TV. No pets allowed, AC, and non-smoking rooms. Perfect for my city breaks!

The value for money at Impuls Palace was excellent, with spacious and well-furnished rooms, a clean swimming pool, and free secured parking. The location was convenient, close to the railway station and supermarket. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help.

We had a fantastic stay at a small newish hotel on the outskirts of this city. Everything was clean, comfortable, and modern. The hotel had great facilities with a nice and clean-looking pool and an excellent outside bar. The staff, especially the two ladies we encountered, were extremely friendly, helpful, and cheerful. The food at the restaurant was outstanding and the breakfast was delicious. The parking was secure and the hotel had a night watchman.

The rooms at Hotel Impuls Palace were really comfortable and spacious, making me feel right at home. I loved the cozy atmosphere and the fact that they had air conditioning, perfect for a hot summer stay. The flat-screen TV and free WiFi were also a nice touch, keeping me entertained during my downtime. I was really impressed with the room and its amenities.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the view from the room. It overlooked the garden, which may be pleasant for some, but I prefer a more vibrant cityscape or an ocean view.
